Dayempur Farm Interns work with the General Manager and the Garden Manager on the daily tasks of tending to the fields, bees, chickens and more. Our methods of planting, harvesting, mulching, weeding are practiced through these daily activities. Interns who commit to three days a week or more will also be given a weekly, concentrated introduction to a different aspect of our system of gardening and making herbal medicine. The sessions will include hands-on participation on the following topics:
